This survey is for anyone who has used gamma measurement (and/or spectrometry) devices in the price range of $300 to $1000. Once you complete the survey, you’ll be entered into a pool of potential participants for a follow-up Zoom call. From this pool, we will hand-pick 10 to 20 individuals whose feedback aligns closely with our research needs for a more in-depth discussion.

If you’re selected, you’ll participate in a 30- to 60-minute Zoom call with a member of our product team. The call will be conducted in English (webcam is optional). During the call, we’ll dive deeper into your experiences with existing devices, discuss any challenges you’ve faced, and explore potential improvements. It’s a relaxed conversation where your honest insights are highly valued. No preparation is required on your part. The call will be recorded for internal purposes only. Everything you share will remain confidential and will not be published or shown to anyone outside our product team.

We typically send the gift card within 48 hours of the call; however, it may take up to one week for you to receive it via email. If you choose to receive a free sample, it will be shipped once the samples are ready. We aim to have the samples manufactured by May 2025, though delays may occur.

Participants are selected based on the quality and relevance of their survey responses. We’re looking for a diverse group that reflects various experiences with these devices, so please be as honest and detailed as possible. Every response helps—even if you’re not ultimately selected for the call.

No, we will not ask for any personal or sensitive information. The survey is aimed at gathering general feedback. However, we will ask for your name (a first name is sufficient). If you wish to receive the gift card, we will also need your email address.
